I made a coaster out of a cork circle I found. I had painted the whole turtle (you can still kind of see it...damn acrylics...) but I didn't like how it looked so I just made the shell pattern with the design around it.

Went to Oregon Ridge Nature Center and they have a lot of turtles. Heaven =)

This was my favorite. He is a wood turtle. He liked me a lot.
